AI at Work: For Every Office Professional
This is the course for everyone whose job runs on email, Excel, meetings and letters. No jargon, no coding, just the daily grind done faster. You will draft emails with exactly the right tone, turn messy meeting notes into clean minutes, get Excel formulas explained in plain words, build a presentation in minutes, and write SOPs and official letters that read professionally. Translation gets its own session for multilingual workplaces. And because you handle office data, we are strict about safety: you will leave knowing exactly what should never be pasted into any AI tool.
Who is this for: HR, admin, operations, banking and government staff who want everyday office work done faster

Questions people actually ask
My office has strict rules about data. Can I even use AI at work?
Very likely yes, for the right tasks. Drafting an email or building a presentation outline needs no confidential data at all. We teach you to separate the task from the data, and the never-paste list makes the boundary completely clear.
I am in my 40s and not from a computer background. Is this for me?
This course is built exactly for you. We assume nothing beyond WhatsApp and email, the pace is gentle, and the batch is small.
Will AI replace jobs like mine?
Nobody can honestly predict that, so we will not pretend to. What we see clearly: people who can use AI well are becoming more valuable in their offices. This course is about becoming that person.
Which AI tool will I learn? There seem to be so many.
We keep the spine simple: ChatGPT and Gemini for most work, an AI presentation maker (currently Gamma) for decks, Canva for design, Google Translate for language help. All free versions. Once you learn the method, switching tools later is easy, and the method survives any single tool.
