AI for Doctors and Healthcare Practitioners
You trained for medicine, not paperwork. This short, focused workshop shows practitioners how AI can handle the writing and admin around a practice: patient education handouts in Hindi and English, referral letters, clinic summaries, and keeping up with new literature through AI summaries you then verify at the source. One rule runs through every session: no real patient data ever goes into AI, and we show you exactly how to work within that line. We are equally clear about what AI must not do: it does not diagnose, it does not prescribe, and it does not replace your judgment.
Who is this for: Doctors, dentists, physiotherapists and clinic owners who want AI for the non-clinical side of practice
Where this course sits
Best if you already use ChatGPT or a similar tool sometimes, or have finished a Foundation workshop. Moves faster, goes deeper into real work.
Prerequisites: None beyond your clinical work. Bring a phone or laptop. No coding, no IT knowledge needed.
Exactly what happens in these 3 days
No vague promises. Open each day and see what you will learn and the real thing you will make.
Day1
Patient education in two languages
Start using AI in 30 minutes and build handouts your patients actually read
- First hands-on session with ChatGPT and Gemini within 30 minutes
- The privacy line, stated on day one: no real patient names, records or identifiers into AI, ever
- Writing a diet or aftercare handout in simple English, then in simple Hindi
- Adjusting reading level so an elderly patient or a worried parent understands
- Checking AI health content against trusted sources before you hand it out
- Designing the handout in Canva with your clinic name
You make today: A printed-ready patient education handout in Hindi and English for a condition you treat often
Day2
Clinic letters, summaries and literature
Faster non-clinical writing, and AI-assisted reading you always verify
- Drafting referral letters and clinic letters from anonymised templates, no real patient data
- Building reusable letter templates: fill in details yourself, outside AI, after drafting
- Summarising a research paper or new guideline with AI, then verifying against the original paper
- Why AI confidently invents citations and study results, with live examples
- Using Perplexity and NotebookLM to keep up with reading in less time
- Turning an anonymised case or a topic into a conference or CME presentation deck, structured by AI and finished in Gamma
You make today: A personal template bank of three clinic letters plus a verified one-page summary of a paper in your field
Day3
Front desk, staff and the hard limits
Smoother clinic operations, and total clarity on what AI must never do
- Front-desk workflows: appointment confirmations, reminders and polite replies to common queries
- Writing WhatsApp and SMS templates your receptionist can reuse safely
- A simple clinic AI policy for staff: what is allowed, what is banned, where the privacy line sits
- What AI must not do in medicine: no diagnosis, no prescriptions, no triage decisions
- What to say when patients arrive with an AI or Google self-diagnosis
You make today: A front-desk message template kit and a one-page AI usage policy for your clinic staff
Walk out able to do this
- Create patient education handouts in both Hindi and English for conditions you treat daily
- Draft referral letters, clinic letters and discharge-style summaries using anonymised templates
- Use AI to summarise a research paper or guideline, then verify claims against the original
- Set up front-desk message templates for appointments, reminders and common patient queries
- Apply a strict privacy rule: work with templates and anonymised details, never real patient data
- State clearly what AI cannot and must not do in medicine, and explain it to your staff

Questions people actually ask
Is it safe and legal to use AI with patient information?
We teach one non-negotiable rule: no real patient data goes into AI, full stop. Everything in this course works with anonymised templates where you add patient details yourself, outside the AI tool. That keeps you on the right side of confidentiality.
Can AI help me diagnose or choose treatments?
No, and we say so plainly. AI makes confident mistakes and has no accountability. This course uses AI only for education material, letters, summaries and clinic admin. Clinical judgment stays entirely with you.
I barely have time for lunch. Is 3 days realistic for me?
That is exactly why the course is 3 days and not 5. Every session produces something you use in the clinic the same week, and the workbook lets you repeat everything later at your own pace.
Are the AI summaries of research papers reliable?
Not on their own. AI summaries are a fast first pass, but AI can invent findings and citations. We spend real time on verification: you always check the claims against the original paper before acting on them.
