Campus to Career: Job Hunt with AI

The job hunt is a numbers game played with words, and most freshers lose on the words. In three focused days you will rebuild your actual resume live with AI, making it ATS-friendly without a single invented achievement. You will fix your LinkedIn profile, write cover letters and cold emails that sound like a person, and rehearse interviews with AI playing a tough but fair interviewer. You will also set up aptitude test practice workflows and a one-page portfolio. You arrive with a rough resume. You leave with a complete, honest application kit and real interview practice behind you.

Level 2 · Practitioner

Prerequisites: Whatever resume you have, even if it embarrasses you. Some prior AI use helps; any Foundation workshop is the ideal preparation.

Day by day

Exactly what happens in these 3 days

No vague promises. Open each day and see what you will learn and the real thing you will make.

Day1

Resume and LinkedIn, rebuilt live

Within 30 minutes AI is working on your real resume, and by evening it is transformed.

  • How ATS screening actually reads your resume, and what that changes
  • Rewriting bullet points live: from 'did marketing work' to specific, true achievements
  • The honesty rule: polishing is fine, inventing is a trap that interviews expose
  • Profile makeover on LinkedIn and Naukri: headline, about section, and project entries
  • Privacy check: what personal details to keep off public profiles

You make today: Your own resume, rebuilt and ATS-friendly, plus a rewritten LinkedIn profile you publish before leaving

Day2

Letters, cold emails, and your portfolio

Build the outreach kit that gets your rebuilt resume actually seen.

  • A cover letter skeleton you can tailor to any opening in ten minutes
  • Cold emails and LinkedIn messages that respect the reader's time
  • Researching a company fast with Perplexity before you write to them
  • Spotting AI-sounding phrases recruiters have learned to skim past
  • A one-page portfolio in Canva or Gamma: projects, links, contact
  • Where freshers actually find openings: Naukri, Indeed, Internshala and campus placement cells, and spotting fake postings that ask for money

You make today: Applications actually submitted to two or three real openings before the session ends, with a tailored cover letter and cold email for each

Day3

Interviews and aptitude, rehearsed

Practise the parts of the hunt that panic people, until they feel routine.

  • Setting up AI as a mock interviewer for HR and role-specific rounds
  • The feedback loop: answer, get critiqued, answer again better
  • Preparing honest stories for 'tell me about yourself' and gap questions
  • Aptitude prep workflow: practise anywhere, have AI explain every mistake
  • A 30-day job hunt plan so momentum survives after the workshop

You make today: A recorded mock interview with feedback notes, an answer bank for common questions, and your 30-day plan

Outcomes

Honest answers

Questions people actually ask

Will AI write me a resume that exaggerates to beat the system?

No, and we push hard the other way. AI polishes what is true; it never invents skills or achievements, because interviews and background checks expose that quickly. An honest, sharply written resume performs better anyway.

I get nervous in English interviews. Will mock interviews help?

This is exactly what practice fixes. AI is a patient interviewer available at 2 am, and you can rehearse in Hinglish first and move to English as your confidence builds.

I am from a non-technical stream. Is this still relevant?

Yes, the course is stream-agnostic. Resumes, outreach, interviews, and aptitude tests work the same way whether you studied commerce, arts, or science. You will work on your own target roles throughout.

Do I need anything before day one?

Just your current resume in any state, a list of two or three roles or companies you would apply to, and a laptop if you have one. Everything else, including all the tools, is free and set up together in class.
