AI for Seniors (55 and Above)
This course moves at your pace, with large fonts, voice instead of typing, and plenty of repetition. You will talk to AI in Hindi or English and hear it answer back. You will get help understanding health information, with one rule repeated every day: AI is not a doctor, always verify with yours. You will write letters and applications without hunting for words. A full session goes to safety: scam calls, fake messages and AI voice-clone frauds, so you protect yourself and teach your family. And you will play: poems, memoirs, even a song made from your own words.
Who is this for: Retired people and senior citizens who want AI as a patient helper for daily life, health questions, letters and hobbies

Day1
Meet AI, and Just Talk to It
Your first conversations, by voice, in the language you think in
- What AI is, explained like a neighbour would, not an engineer
- Your first conversation within 30 minutes, on your own phone
- Voice conversations in Hindi and English, no typing needed
- Meta AI inside WhatsApp: help that lives where you already are
- When AI is wrong: why it makes things up and how to double-check
- What never to tell AI: bank details, OTPs, Aadhaar, passwords
You make today: A letter to an old friend or family member, written with AI's help in your own voice, ready to send
Day2
Health Questions, Letters and Calls
Everyday help: understanding health information carefully, writing official letters, using your phone with confidence
- Asking AI to explain a prescription or report in simple words
- The golden rule, repeated: AI is not a doctor, verify with yours
- Preparing better questions to ask at your next doctor visit
- Letters and applications: pension, bank, society, complaints
- Video calls and phone settings, practised until they feel easy
- Google Lens: point your camera at anything and ask about it
You make today: A ready-to-submit application letter for a real need of yours, plus a printed question list for your next doctor visit
Day3
Stay Safe, Stay Curious
Beating scams, including AI voice-clone frauds, then using AI for pure joy
- Scam calls and fake messages, including impersonation calls where fraudsters pose as police or officials: the patterns that give them away
- AI voice-clone scams: why a call that sounds like family may not be
- Your family code word and the 'hang up and call back' habit plus the national cyber fraud helpline 1930
- What to do and who to call if something feels wrong
- Hobbies with AI: poetry, memoir writing, a song made with Suno
- Understanding your grandchildren's world: reels, games and AI at school
You make today: A family safety card with your code word and anti-scam checklist, plus the first page of your memoir or your own Suno song

Questions people actually ask
My hands shake and I type very slowly. Can I still do this?
Yes. Most of this course uses voice, not typing. You speak to AI in Hindi or English and it speaks back. Typing is optional throughout.
Can I trust AI's advice about my medicines?
No, and we say this plainly on every day of the course. AI can help you understand terms and prepare questions, but every health decision must be verified with your own doctor.
I am 70. Am I too old for this?
Not at all. The course is designed for exactly your pace, with small batches, repetition and no rushing. Curiosity is the only requirement.
Will you cover those fake calls that sound like a family member?
Yes, in depth. AI voice-clone scams get a dedicated session, and you leave with a family code word system and a simple habit that defeats them.
I want to enrol my parents. How can I help them get the most from it?
Lovely, and common: many enquiries come from sons and daughters. Tell us on the call and we will keep you in the loop. Your parents bring home the family safety card and their own saved conversations, so you will see exactly what they learned, and the best support is simply asking them to show you.
